I am a licensed marriage and family therapist in California and Idaho. I have worked with adults, children, adolescents, families and couples. I’ve worked with many diverse groups, including people of color and the LGBTQ+ community. I began my training at the Norooz Clinic and Beginnings Treatment Center, working with substance use, anxiety, depression and mood disorders. I have been a therapist at Monte Nido and Affiliates, focusing on eating disorder treatment and Lido Wellness Center, working with trauma and mood disorders. I began my private practice in 2020, working with clients struggling with OCD, eating disorders, trauma, anxiety and depression. Additionally, I supervise unlicensed clinicians at Coastal Minds Counseling in Newport Beach.
I specialize in empowering women, stuck in micro thinking patterns, craving a shift to a macro perspective. I help women who feel trapped in the pressures of life's transitions. If you're battling perfectionism, body image issues, or struggling with balancing masculine and feminine energies, that's my vibe. My ideal client is seeking independence, grappling with the confines of the patriarchy and diet culture. Together, we'll navigate through eating disorders, depression, trauma, CPTSD, anxiety, OCD, and adjustment disorders. My approach is tailored to your needs, focusing on symptom relief and long-term strategies to manage future challenges. I offer EMDR, Somatic Experiences, CBT/DBT skills and genuine supportive care.
I believe as women we need to break free from limitations and embrace a life of authenticity and empowerment. If you're ready to embark on this transformative journey, reach out. You deserve to live a life that celebrates your uniqueness and strength.
